mpetition where the aim is to supply the centre new qualities. A user process has been carried out with interests as to what qualities they would like to be a part of the system. We would like to start this process with a dialogue conference to reconcile content with potential suppliers.

Østre brygge consists of approx. 425 m of quay fronts on the east side of the river in the centre of Porsgrunn. The quays are no longer in use. The town council here ordered a concept evaluation via a price and design co
