end the operational life and functionality of the existing four-column fatigue-rated loading frame and hydraulic infrastructure by replacing the obsolete servo-controller with a modern, software-driven digital control system. The upgraded system must be capable of performing both static and dynamic

testing in compression and tension under force, displacement and strain control modes. The scope of works includes the provision of a PC workstation and dedicated control software, calibration of the existing load cell and LVDT, replacement
