ll be used to process requests for laboratory surveys, documentation of surveys and outgoing reports to external contracting authorities. The service shall be able to be integrated with third party systems, including NID ́s archive system so that archive-worthy documents are exported automatically.
The service shall be provided and operated by a supplier as a Software as a Service (SaaS) system. Tenderers must take responsibility for the operation, maintenance and security of the service and underlying infrastructure.
