ctives of this contract will be as follows: (i) to strengthen the capacity of the National Commission for Higher Education (NCHE) to implement the National Quality Assurance and Accreditation Framework and ensure quality improvement in higher education in Somalia; (ii) to support the Ministry of Edu
cation, Culture and Higher Education (MoECHE) to implement the National Higher Education Policy; and (iii) to provide practical support to the Higher Education Management Information System (HEMIS) users based on the existing gaps analysis.
