CA directly contributes to Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) target 6.5 of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, and is in line with the FDFA Water Guidelines 2022-2025. BPCA builds on Switzerland’s thirty years of water and governance projects in the region. The mandate for the implementati

on of Phase I of BPCA 2.0 (01.05.2025 - 30.09.2029) shall improve regional water cooperation in the face of climate change through policy dialogue, technical cooperation and capacity building by linking regional efforts with global dynamics
