Framework agreement for ICT strategic consultancy, research and analysis services - Web portal/subscription system and consultancy services.

I - Access to internet portal/subscription service and part II - Procurement of consultancy services. DSS needs to join up with a supplier independent cooperation partner within research, analysis and consultancy that covers all aspects within the ICT industry. The framework agreement will be valid

for 2 years, with an option for a contract extension for 1+1 year, so that the total length will be four years.
