e hall was opened on 1 February 2015 and is a collaboration between Ringerike, Hole and Jevnaker municipality, AKA AS and Ringerike Idrettsråd.Hønefoss Arena has three courses of 40 x 20 metres (marked for most indoor hall sports), 60 m running track, gymnastics hall, climbing wall, fitness centre,

health centre and café. Hønefoss Arena has a handball court that satisfies the all-out space requirements with 1,726 seats and approx. 1,000 standing places. The premises are also used by Ringerike Sixth Form College, Hønefoss Sixth Form Co
