n the negotiated procedure without prior call for competition, pursuant to Article 50a of the Utilities Directive (Directive 2014/25/EU). Following the evaluation of the received tenders in the article 50a procedure, BEI Stations herby intend to award the contract for BEI Stations to Siemens Energy.

The intention to award is conditional on BEI Stations achieving the Final Investment Decision ( FID) based on the currently ongoing Danish political process on the overall Bornholm Energy Island project.
