hese detail design documents will form part of the procurement of the overall NCRR development Main Works Contract PWC1. Services for this Sub-Element also include the option of Assigned Certifier and Employer’s Representative for all stages and Site Architect/Support Services at Construction Stage.

This project is to be delivered using Building Information Management (BIM) in compliance with the BIM Mandate for the Capital Works Management Framework (CWMF).
