competition consists of two parts; Part 1 Consultant validation Sinteco and Part 2 Consultant validation Baxter. Tenderers can submit tenders for Part 1 or Part 2, or both Part 1 and Part 2. The tenderer can offer a maximum of 2 consultants for each part. The project is holidaying in weeks 30-33. We
