By awarding this effort on a sole source basis, the Government will have the necessary lead-time to pursue a com
petitive follow-on and allow for a sufficient/successful transition period in Fiscal Year 2027 when a new contract can be awarded. The nature of this award is for the services of secure facility advisors and construction security technician
