in connection with the placement of new stone for repairs to the existing East and West Jetties at the mouth of the Calcasieu River and Pass in the Gulf of Mexico in Cameron Parish, Louisiana, as specified in the contract. The repairs to the jetties will require that the jetty repair sections be off

set land side of(outward shift) from the existing jetty centerlines, with the new centerline of each jetty being located in order for the channel side slope of the repairs to match up with (fall in line with) the existing channel side slope
