This sole-source contract action will acquire follow-on architect-engineer (A-E) design and construction support services from the DOR, to complete the VBA Regional Office Building Interior Remodel and Modernization project in St. Petersburg, Florida.

The 2nd-floor renovation was previously designed by the DOR under a prior contract with the Department of Veterans Affairs. The AE services will include updating the design documents to meet current USACE standards. The scope of the design
