The offloading platform will be used by various entities and will be mostly utilized by marine operations as a transfer site to offload equipment to include but not limited to d

ozers, excavators, off-road trucks, material handlers, cranes, and 18 inch (O.D.) HDPE pipe. The platform will also be utilized as a material transfer site for dredged material and material staging area for CDF maintenance.
