r-cooled condensing unit and cooling coil, insulation of existing ductwork, upgrade of pneumatic controls to DDC, and conversion of exhaust fans to variable flow. All work will be completed in Building 146, VA Black Hills Health Care System at the Fort Meade VAMC, South Dakota. The Contractor shall

provide all labor, materials, tools and equipment, and necessary supervision to perform all work associated with this project as indicated in the contract documents. The completion time for this project is 150 calendar days from Notice to P
