It is the intent of this service contract to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision to install steel I-beams and concrete abutments for a 50-foot trail bridge on the Natchez Trace National Scenic Trail in Madison,

Mississippi. Please see the Statement of Work for more details. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with
