Project Description: The purpose of this requirement will be to acquire professional occupational health services through a nationwide Private Provider Network (PPN) to support Program Support Center (PSC), Federal Occupational Health (FOH) under the De

partment of Health and Human Services (HHS). The nationwide PPN includes four regions. Services will be performed in the 50 United States plus; Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands. The requirement
