L, is issuing this RFI to gather industry input regarding the Small Arms Marksmanship Trainers (SAM-T) and technology refresh of Device No. 3F89. The SAM-T and facility is currently sixty (60) lanes, and enables Navy recruits to meet the small arms training, qualifications, and scoring requirements
