to be performed under the Base Bid include, but are not limited to the following; resetting rocker bearings at Pier 2, repairing bearing anchor bolts at Pier 1, lubricating all bearing pins, repairing concrete areas with spalling or delamination, and installing an epoxy overlay on the bridge deck.
