In the interview stage of the solicitation process, the Offeror deemed highest qualified ranked in order will be asked to

submit proposals for Survey and Mapping Services. NOTE: This is not a Request for Proposal, should not be construed or interpreted as a contract or a commitment of any kind, nor does it commit DOI to pay for any costs incurred by Offerors
