to establish a contract for the supply and delivery of footwear for both prisoners and staff. The requirement will be divided into three (3) separate lots: Lot 1 – Inmates General and Safety Footwear, Lot 2 – Officer/Staff Safety Footwear, and Lot 3 – Public Order Footwear. The contract will be for
