Dementia Friendly West Berkshire (DFWB) aims to raise awareness of dementia across West Berkshire, increase the range and diversity of services for people living with dementia and
their carers, and to signpost to relevant organisations that can help.
DFWB actively supports the reduction of social isolation for both people living with dementia and their carers, along with promoting social and physical activity to imp
