project comprises the design and build of residential housing units, specifically the
completion
of Block C at 113–115 Dundrum Road, Newcastle, including all associated
external works, siteworks, utilities, drainage and any required interfaces with the wider
development. Blocks A and B are outside the scope of this Contract.
