s (WCCs) operates through a network of 18 statutory libraries which are directly managed by the County Council. The process aims to onboard a number of providers to create an approved framework supplier list. It is hope that this will enable greater choice, versatility and competition. This Fram

ework is not divided into lots. A minimum of 3 suppliers and maximum of 5 suppliers will be added to the framework. To tender for future opportunities, Framework Suppliers will be invited to participate in further-competition processes.
