feasible delivery models for a household survey that can be linked to bank transaction data for the same respondents.
The core requirements are:
1) The ability to run an online household survey of approximately 15 minutes, designed by the Bank of England.
2) The supplier would provide a nation
ally representative UK sample, with the survey conducted twice per calendar year.
3) The ability to link survey responses to transaction-level financial data (e.g. current account data) capturing income and expenditure flows for the same
