ServiceNow is still the right holder and underlying supplier of the licences, and the existing licence terms, licence portfolio and negotiated prices remain unchanged.

UiS must find a new supplier as the existing contract for ServiceNow licences expires and is not renewed. The transfer only applies to the role of licence partner/dealer and invoicing/administration link for ServiceNow.
