the joint procurement agreement is to regulate Oslo municipality ́s procurement of relief measures and supervision during accessin accordance with the Law of 1 January 2023 on Child Protection (the Child Protection Act) §§ 3-1, 3-4, 3-6 and 7-2. The cooperative purchasing agreement shall function as

a supplement to the municipality ́s own initiatives and it shall contribute to meet the need for relief measures and supervision during access for children, youths and families.
