Regional agreement for mobile telephone payment system.

r-Øst needs to bring together all the contracts that the health authorities have with Vipps today to a joint agreement between Helse Sør-Øst and Vipps MobilePay. This system currently exists between the Health Companies in the South-East and Vipps MobilePay.

Helse Sør-Øst needs to see to the integrated system that currently uses bills and other payments can be paid directly after consultation or treatments/visits to the hospitals and payments at kiosks and canteens. Helse Sø
