The quarter will consist of nursing homes, sheltered accommodation flats and shared housing and will make room for approx.

100 residents. The building shall also include a day centre, base for home services, physiotherapist, occupational therapist etc. There will be different zones with café, large living room, smaller meeting places and suitable outdoor areas.
